the hotel offered a convenient location and very good facilities. i particularly loved the atmosphere at mache restaurant and bar. the staff was always friendly (especially the bartenders!). i will definitely return next time i am traveling.
the cooling system could not be adjusted. this was a minor inconvenience.

The location was great. I walked to many places. the breakfast had sufficient choice and tasted good. the staff was polite and helpful.
The rooms were too noisy. There was a lot of internal noise. loud music came from the restaurant even late at night. the price felt high.

the hotel gym is open 24/7 and well equipped. cleaning happened twice daily, with regular tidying and complimentary water. upon arrival, i received complimentary drinks at the bar (which was a nice touch).
the towel hooks were located in a compact wc. this left the towels quite damp, so we had to request fresh ones daily.
I found the staff helpful and attentive to my needs throughout the stay. The hotel's location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. I appreciated the cleanliness and the well kept condition of all facilities. The breakfast offered a great selection of fresh and tasty options each morning.
The gym became quite crowded during peak hours , made it difficult to use all the equipment I wanted.

small roomconstant noise
The room was quite small, i thought. it felt cramped even though it was supposed to be a superior room. the noise from the street was pretty constant. I could hear everything. the soundproofing needs work. It disrupted my sleep.
